Learn to stand up paddle! Your instructor will teach you how to confidently mount your SUP board, show you the basic paddle strokes, and have you gliding on the water in no time in a group setting! Discover how this easy-to-access sport can be your doorway to a wonderful world of leisure time spent floating in nature, or a method of strength and endurance training for the more athletically inclined. This class is recommended for any student who has never SUP’ed, or for those wishing to polish their basic skills before joining one of our tours. 60 minutes
Join one of our group SUP tours and paddle in the beauty of the Hamptons or one of our secret spots on the beautiful East End of Long Island. Tours are geared towards all levels, and although they include some instruction, they are designed as more of a group expedition experience. Complete beginners are recommended to take a SUP lesson first. 90 minutes
Float your asana! Pioneered by JBYoga Studio owner Jessica Bellofatto, yoga on the stand up paddleboard has become a favorite way for yogis to double their fun—getting a great dose of physical activity in the beautiful outdoors, with rest and mindul relaxation to boot! Students are led through an intelligently-sequencesd series of poses on the board, and class ends with the sweetest floating savasana…. the water gently flowing below and the cool breeze above… Ahhh, sweet surrender! Suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced! 90 minutes
SUP Yoga Restorative
Designed by the ‘Queen of Restorative’ Roey Ficaro, this transcendent class (often held at the sunset hour), is restorative yoga taken to the next level. Floating on your SUP board, you will be guided through a seamless restorative sequence with some longer held and supported poses. Imagine the setting sun, the rising moon, the sound of the birds and other wildlife, the silkiness of the water beneath you, the movement of your breath, the deep release of your body, and the stillness of your mind as you allow yourself to return home to YOU, at your essence. Bliss itself. 90 minutes
Sunset & Full Moon Paddles
Our magical sunset and full moon paddles are an experience not be missed, and never to be forgotten! Set in the beauty of the Hamptons, under a magnificent sky with some of the most beautiful sunsets, or under the light of a luminescent moon, paddles include a group tour, SUP yoga (optional), meditation and sweet evening savasana.
